This page is under construction. Keep checking... In
the meantime, check out these photos of "how I spent my summer
vacation" and some relatively decent views of Niagara Falls.
- We spotted the London Eye fairly
soon after our arrival at Trafalgar Square
- We visited Stonehenge on a
misty afternoon
Early in December, we went to Niagara Falls. I can recommend
visiting there in the winter. It's cold, but there aren't many other
people there, and hotels are cheap.
- This is a photo of the American
Falls taken from Skylon Tower on the Canadian side of the river...
- Another view which shows the mists
created by the falls. This is visible from several miles away on a clear day.
- Upstream of the falls is a bridge where one can look out over
the river.
In January of 2001 I returned to London, with intent. A few of us Surfers spods got together at Shakespeares Head for a few drinks.
- Here's a shot of Half-a-Hatter, DrB, dave, and Psmith, in which dave is holding forth on something deep. Possibly his empty glass...
- DrB grabbed the camera when i wasn't paying attention and took this photo of me. I swear those are not all my drinks. Really.
- I have no idea what we were talking about here but don't they look thoughtful?
- A random group shot.
